Paul Philip (AKA Pauly) has been in the snowboard game for more than 3 decades. Paul has instructed all over the world during his career. He has been part of the SBINZ examining team since 2006 and still actively trains and runs SBINZ Level 1, 2, 3, Children's and Trainer certifications.

Paul has an easy going nature and connects well with the people he trains, seamlessly adapting to the audience in front of him to guide and facilitate progression and learning. It often feels more like you are riding with a friend than being trained when you are in a session with Pauly.

He is based in Niseko for his Northern winter then returns to New Zealand to run SBINZ courses. His wife and 3 children are all snowboard instructors too, so it's a family affair.
